I’ve been a

vegetarian for over 25 years – tried it and then decided to go for it. I don’t do things because somebody is telling me so – it should be ok for me, it must be my decision. And I invite you to hear/ listen/ try and decide.

long-time meditator – 20 plus years. Not every day, not like a religious, but mainly like a way of reconnecting with myself and the Universe. It is about feeling its rewards, not becoming dependent on any practice.  

Yoga Alliance–certified Yoga teacher – I started practicing yoga at 24 years old and I’ve been discovering its benefits on myself first. Then I decided to support others. Yoga for me is NOT aerobics, Pilates or about the body, it is about self-awareness and connection with myself.

business coach with more than 15 years of experience – together with Catalin we built our own business in developing people in the corporate world and supported organizations in growing their business through their people for the last 25 years. On one-to-one sessions as a corporate coach, I worked with people from all hierarchical levels (up to CEOs).

Theta Healing therapist – this practice came to support my connectivity with the others and my understanding of human nature. Also a great input was added through Theta to my openness to my intuition.
