Conscious Level Coaches

the SCIENCE
Consciousness is not an abstract idea.
It is a measurable, experiential reality that directly influences human behaviour, decision-making, emotional regulation, and well-being.
Our work is inspired by the research of Dr. David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD, whose decades of study mapped human consciousness and demonstrated that different levels of awareness produce vastly different life outcomes.

We have distilled this research into a clear, practical, and applicable framework that supports real change in daily life.
Dr. David R. Hawkins & the Map of Consciousness
Dr. David R. Hawkins was a physician, psychiatrist, and consciousness researcher. Through decades of clinical practice and research, he developed what is known as the Map of Consciousness, which describes a spectrum of human awareness — from survival-based states to highly conscious, integrated states.
His central finding was simple yet profound:
The level of consciousness from which a person operates determines their perception, emotions, behavior, and results in life.
Higher levels of consciousness correlate with:
-
Greater emotional stability
-
Increased clarity and responsibility
-
Improved health and relationships
-
More constructive behavior
Lower levels are associated with:
-
Reactivity and stress
-
Fear-based decision-making
-
Repetitive patterns and conflict

From Many Levels to Three Practical Ones
While Hawkins identified many calibrated levels of consciousness, we simplified this model into three core functional levels that are easy to recognize, assess, and develop.
This makes consciousness development:
-
Practical
-
Actionable
-
Relevant to everyday life and work
These three levels are:
1. Instinctual
2. Emotional
3. Rational
